PUG BEST OF 2009 PRINT EXHIBIT!
This month, Gary Denman of Naturally Photography is opening up his Jacksonville Beach store, The Photoshop Digital Printing & Camera. We want to have a contest and showoff your best images from the past year!! We know everyone did a wonderful job with your images, now it’s time to show them off!!
If you’d like to participate, please print and mount/frame up to three of your favorite images from 2009 (we suggest 8×10/8×12, please no larger than 11×14 due to space).
Feel free to title your prints or add a little description if you like. Please do not put your name anywhere on the print and/or title card. Everyone in the group is encouraged to participate (and we hope that you will!).
Please plan to arrive by 6:30pm if you are contributing prints so that we can set everything up before 7:00.
We will begin with silent, personal reviews on cards, and then move into an open discussion of the images, focusing on attributes such as exposure, emotion, composition, lighting, intention, etc. At this time, the photographer will have an opportunity to talk about their image, if they so desire.
The photographer with the best image that is entered into the contest will win a FREE canvas print from The Photoshop!
PLEASE BRING: Your finished prints, a positive attitude to grow and help others grow, along with a favorite cheese, appetizer, or beverage.
